Whether you’re a seasoned yogi looking to strengthen your shoulders, or just someone with shoulder pain or restriction, this workshop is for you! We will explore shoulder, arm, and neck anatomy while strengthening often underused muscles and balancing overused tissues, combining traditional asana with anatomy and Yoga Tune Up®. This workshop is for all levels of practitioner, and no yoga experience is required.
