Combining principles of Yoga Tune Up® with over twenty years of life as a classical musician, Kayleigh Miller, RYT, brings attention to the much maligned area of the shoulders. Come learn ways to strengthen, heal, and support this complex area, while also learning how to modify your yoga practice for your own needs and abilities. We will focus on the musculature of the infamous rotator cuff, and learn whether downward facing dog is really the best pose for your body. This is a safe practice for those with past shoulder injuries, and is appropriate for all levels of yoga (and non-yoga!) practitioners.
